The deduction from the total tax liability is limited to 10% for individuals and 15% for legal entities, under Royal Decree-Law 6/2023 of December 19 on the fiscal regime for non-profit entities and patronage tax incentives.

The deduction may increase to 45% for individuals and 50% for legal entities for donations of the same amount over two consecutive years.
